Nissan racing engines fail during engine misfire

Two engines in the Nissan RX-7 sports car’s engines were at the centre of a massive powertrain failure on Thursday night that damaged the car’s fuel system and engine management system, according to the US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

The engine failure happened when the fuel injectors failed and the fuel supply ran out, and caused the fuel to ignite.

Nissan said that the engines in question were at Nissan Racing, in Henderson, Nevada.

The fuel supply had failed, and when the engine failed, the fuel ran out and ignited, causing the fuel system to ignite, according the NHTSA.

In a statement, Nissan said the fuel injection system failed because of the failure of fuel injector fuel pressure.

Nissan Racing is owned by Nissan’s racing division, but is run by a separate company.

“This was a separate incident that resulted from a fuel injection failure that resulted in fuel system failure,” a Nissan spokesperson told FourFourSecond.

At the time of the incident, the engine had been on its way to a test track.

It’s unclear if the problem was a common issue in all the Nissan engines, or if it was unique to one particular model.

Engineers at Nissan are working on a fix, and will have the fuel delivery system repaired by a supplier within a few weeks, the spokesperson said.
